May 2005 - Mr. Neiman’s fourth grade class in Riverside, California began reading Dragon Child.

April 22, 2005 - Ms. Kaplan’s fourth grade class at Tamarac Elementary School near Fort Lauderdale, Florida began reading Dragon Child.
